Thanks to the team from DHS (Department of Humour Services). We recently had our internal launch of the Service Excellence Charter and your performance was great. Your portrayal of stress in the workplace and the way you showed the wrong way, the right way and the DHS way to handle customers was very funny. Everyone enjoyed the show and I would gladly recommend you to others.

LGPro Customer Service Conference held on 23 and 24 November:
LGPro Customer Service Safari – it's a jungle out there!
It was an excellent way to close the Conference and by the laughter in the room your
performance was enjoyed very much. The pitch was perfect and there was instant recognition
of Councils and the public sector. The pace was also very good. We expected a number of
delegates to leave on a Saturday afternoon however every seat was taken.
The delegates left the Conference on a very positive note. Many thanks for your contribution.

City Of Port Philip Write On Reading Festival
April 2006
As part of our 2006 ‘Write on Reading Festival’ with the City Of Port Phillip, Scott and the rest of his comedy team presented the workshop: ‘From Paper to Stage - Writing for Standup Comedy’. This was one of the highlights of the festival and as the Festival Co-ordinator I was impressed by the highly professional approach taken by this team of experienced stand up comedians. In the content and delivery of the workshop a great deal of thought and preparation was evident. The workshop drew a large crowd and the session offered loads of practical advice in an engaging, passionate and up beat manner. From the feedback and enthusiastic question time it was clear that Scott and his team had met the aspiring writers and performers expectations of this workshop. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
